B rain drain is a movement of professional people or highly skilled personalities from their own country to a country where they can earn more proficiency or money. Brain drain is a national loss as well as an intellectual loss of a nation. Normally brain drain is a way of traffick. Generally, as having no geographical bar for a person aspiring to brighten his or her career the developing countries has been sustaining this loss for countries day by day. Economically india is one of the poor and backward country, but, it is noted that, intellectually the slopes of India is rich. So, the observation is a greatest number of indian who migrated to England and America. So it is needed that taking steps by Government of India to put a stop to this chronic flow of brain.
