Generally, as having no geographical bar for a person aspiring to brighten his or her career the developing countries has been sustaining this loss for countries day by day.
Economically india is one of the poor and backward country, but, it is noted that, intellectually the slopes of India is rich. So, the observation is a greatest number of indian who migrated to England and America.
So it is needed that taking steps by Government of India to put a stop to this chronic flow of brain. The main cause of the brain drain is the unemployment which encouraging emigration for sheer survival.
